What is Happy Keto? 

We are a UK-based subscription service that provides a monthly range of healthy food products compatible with keto diet. We meticulously hand-select every item, making sure that the product is nutritionally friendly to the ketogenic lifestyle, and curate each box with great-tasting products you’ll enjoy, such as: 

  • On the go snacks such as bars, cookies, sweets, nuts, meat items & more.
  • Baking ingredients such as cookie and brownie mixes, keto sweeteners & more.
  • Condiments and sauces such as keto friendly ketchups, BBQ sauces & more.
  • Drinks such as flavoured water, keto friendly sodas & more.

How much net carbs per serving will my snacks have? 

5 grams of net carbs or less per serving.

Is Happy Keto box only suitable for Ketogenic diets/lifestyle? 

No, our snacks are Keto friendly but can be enjoyed by anyone.

Is the box recyclable? 

Recycling is an issue that we take very seriously. That is why all our packaging is made out of recycled material and is 100% recyclable. We also try our best to source recyclable and eco-friendly products and packaging.

Can I customise the box? 

Oh, please don’t spoil the fun! Think of Happy Keto box as a surprise that comes to you each month with great products to discover. We can assure you that each month we make a great choice according to our strict selection process, so you will get the best keto-friendly foods and snacks. Still want a sneak peek? Will I receive duplicates? 

We will never include the same product in our subscription boxes. We constantly search the health market for the latest keto-friendly products, meaning every edition will be fresh and unique, always a joy to discover.

Is Happy Keto box actually value for money? 

We aim to cram as many top quality products into each box as possible (a minimum of 7 per box), and the cost of the box is usually somewhere between 25% to 50% lower than the combined RRP of the contents.

Are all products certified as organic? 

We support organic farming and agriculture, however not all products we put in our boxes will be certified organic. This is due to some companies not yet acquiring their certification despite maintaining clean and green production as it may just not be possible. We always try to ensure each product has been made in a sustainable and ethical way.

What if I really like something, can I buy more? 

Yes! In past boxes section you can find details of each product, including where to buy more.

SUBSCIPTION

Can you tell me a little more about how subscription works?

We provide the option to buy a monthly recurring subscription or to pay in full for a fixed term. Monthly recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled, whereas pre-paid subscriptions do not renew automatically at the end of the term.

Can I buy a Happy Keto subscription as a gift?

Yes! Simply create a new order as you would normally, and tick gift checkbox. Please note: Monthly subscriptions will renew automatically, unless you cancel the billing cycle after the first payment is processed. Interested in Corporate Gifting? Contact us for special pricing.

What is this month’s deadline for ordering?

The general rule of thumb is: if your order is placed before the 25th of any given month you will receive a box that month. Please note orders will renew on the 1st of the next month.

Minimum subscription time?

There is no minimum subscription time, you can cancel at any time. Please note that you must cancel before the 1st of each month to not be charged for that month's box.

How do I unsubscribe?

You can cancel your subscription by contacting us via hi@happyketobox.com or Facebook messenger. Please note that you must cancel before the 1st of each month to not be charged for that month's box.

ACCOUNT AND PAYMENT

How do I change my account details? 

Log-in to your account and you'll find all the options you need.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and Amex.

When will I be charged? 

You will be charged right after your first order. Future payments will be re-billed on the 1st of each month.

Am I eligible for a refund? 

If you are not happy with your box for any reason, you can return it to us for a full refund.

DELIVERY

When can I expect my box to arrive? 

We aim to ship all boxes between the 1st and the 5th of each month, with delivery time taking 1-3 business days. Your first box, if purchased before the cutoff date (the 25th) will will be delivered within 2-4 business days. You will receive an email once we dispatch your box.

What does delivery cost? 

Delivery within the UK is always free.

Does the box fit through the letterbox? 

We want to cram as much into your Happy Keto box as possible. Because of that, we had to make the box slightly larger and thus it will not fit through a standard letter box.

What happens if I am not in when it arrives? 

If you think you might be out then just leave us a little note in the “order notes” section with a safe place to leave it and we can include this on your address label. If you are not in when you Happy Keto box arrives and have not specified a safe place then the delivery company will leave a card telling you where to collect your parcel from or how you can rearrange delivery.

Where do you deliver? 

We deliver anywhere within the UK.

Does my box require a signature? 

No.

Can I return the box? 

If we have incorrectly stocked your box or the products are damaged you may contact us via hi@happyketobox.com or Facebook messenger. We will cover the cost of your return and replace your box as soon as possible.

Can I track my delivery? 

Not at the moment, but we use Royal Mail Tracked delivery service so that we can make sure your Happy Keto box gets to you. Don’t forget that we can also ship to your work address if that is more convenient for you.

I still haven't received my Happy Keto box, can you help? 

Please take into account that it sometimes takes up to 3 business days from your expected ship date for packages to be delivered. If you're within that time frame, then your package is still on its way to you. If that time frame has passed, please contact us via hi@happyketobox.com or Facebook messenger.
